Been Palmer with Green Line Electric was fantastic! He was at our home evaluating our heating system within 24 hours of our first contacting him, and was able to schedule the removal of our old furnaces and get our new furnaces installed quickly. We were never left overnight without heat during that time. His workers were professional, fairly prompt, and very responsive when we contacted them. We are very happy with a job well done, and would use them again in the future!
Ben was very responsive when we called to set up an appointment to diagnose our air conditioning unit. He was very professional and provided a lot of information and options for us to go with. We ended up also calling 3 more companies for quotes on new air and furnace systems. We ended up going with Green Line because they have very competitive pricing and were very professional. They installed the new air conditioning and furnace quickly and we are able to achieve the results we needed in this summer heat. Now we have a cold house and are using less energy then before. Ben came out during the pandemic, at risk to himself and to his family, wore protective gear to protect me and my family and got my system up and running, and while he was here found a problem that, in a few months, when I will need A/C (since we are are all confined to our home) would have left us sweltering, he changed the part, capacitor or something and showed me why I needed to replace it and guaranteed his work. The price was fair, for me and for him. I will recommend him to everyone who needs a great, competent technician. Thank you Ben for staying on duty for me and my family. As the weather started changing in SLC.. we began to realize duct tape and glue were not going to fix our aging furnace any longer (kinda kidding).. I reached out to several companies in the valley only to find that the ones who came out to give bids were either too high or not interested in my business (never emailed the bids over).. until I met Ben with Green Line. From the second we spoke on the phone, I knew I could stop in my search. He was kind, polite, courteous and listened to all of my concerns. He came to my house personally to assess the situation and gave me a bid before he left. He was professional and honest and valued my concerns. He also came in much less than the previous bids. For me it was a no brained! Today his installation guys came to replace our old guy (thanks for the 35 years 😬).. and they were just as kind and polite! Green Line will always have my business!
